長野県松本市南浅間にある 札幌らーめん そらや に何回か行きました。
長野県で本格的な濃厚札幌味噌ラーメンが味わえます。うまいです。札幌というと味噌ラーメンが有名ですが、本格的なお店が信州で食べられて感動しました。
I’ve been to Sapporo Ramen Soraya in Minami-Asama, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, several times.
You can taste authentic, rich Sapporo miso ramen in Nagano Prefecture. It’s delicious. Sapporo is famous for its miso ramen, so I was thrilled to find such an authentic restaurant in Shinshu.
場所は、イオンモール松本から浅間温泉にに向かう道沿いにあるのでわかりやすいです。
駐車場が広くないので、混んでる時は何回か道路を通って空いているか？確認することになります。
The location is easy to find, as it’s along the road from AEON Mall Matsumoto to Asama Onsen.
The parking lot isn’t very large, so when it’s busy you’ll have to drive by the road several times to make sure there’s an open spot.
入口に入って券売機で食券を購入します。辛子味噌や濃厚味噌担々麺などもありました。
どれもハズレないです。満足できる濃厚系です。ザンギセットでいつも頼みます。
ザンギとは、北海道の郷土料理であり、鶏肉などを下味に漬け込み、粉をまぶして揚げる唐揚げに似た料理。信州の山賊焼きに似ていますが、山賊焼きみたいにニンニクは効いていないです。
でも、美味しいです。やっぱり最後は、ご飯を味噌スープに浸して食べるのが定番です。
Once inside, you purchase a meal ticket from the machine. They also offer spicy miso and rich miso dandan noodles.
None of them are disappointing. They’re all very satisfyingly rich. I always order the Zangi set.
Zangi is a local Hokkaido dish, similar to fried chicken, made by marinating chicken and other ingredients in a marinade, coating it in flour, and frying it. It’s similar to the Shinshu sanzokuyaki, but without the garlic.
But it’s delicious. The classic way to finish off a meal is to dip rice in the miso soup and eat it.

松本市もラーメン激戦区です。いいお店がたくさんありますが、ここはトップレベルに入るおススメ店です。
Matsumoto City is also a hotbed of ramen. There are many great ramen shops, but this is one that I would recommend as being at the top of the line.
