長野市、上田市、松本市のラーメン激戦区より南信地方に向かうとおすすめのラーメン屋は激減します。その中でも自分がリピートで、わざわざ食べに行きたくなるお店がここなんです。
This is Sabane in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. It’s mackerel ramen. You’ll be addicted.
As you head towards the Minami Shinshu region, away from the ramen battlegrounds of Nagano City, Ueda City, and Matsumoto City, the number of recommended ramen restaurants drops dramatically. Among them, this is a restaurant that I keep coming back to and make a point of going out of my way to eat.

鯖スープ？と思うかもしれませんがハマります。
行くと必ず、「こってり」と「ミニ煮つけさば丼」か「ミニ塩さば丼」を追加します。
残ったこってりスープに、さば丼を浸して食べるのが最高の贅沢なんです。みんなやってると思います。
店周辺の伊那市はレトロな街としても有名です。タイムスリップしたような街並みで、それがまたいいんですよ。
Mackerel soup? You might think so, but you’ll be hooked.
Whenever I go, I always order the “rich” and either the “mini simmered mackerel bowl” or the “mini salted mackerel bowl.”
Dipping the mackerel bowl in the remaining rich soup is the ultimate luxury. I think everyone does it.
Ina City, where the restaurant is located, is famous for being a retro town. The townscape feels like you’ve traveled back in time, which is also great.
そういえば、最近バズった 越後屋さん の「伊那のまゆ」もすぐ近くにお店がありますよ。
鯖ラーメンを食ってから、伊那駅のすぐ前にありますのでお土産にいかがでしょうか？
